Greg only met Ginny a month ago but has already made up his mind that she’s the girl for him. When she tells him that she’s going to visit her parents, he decides this is the moment to ask her father for his daughter’s hand. Discovering a scribbled address, he follows her to Buckinghamshire where he finds Philip and Sheila enjoying a peaceful Sunday morning breakfast in the garden, but the only thing is – they’re not Ginny’s parents. Mistaken identities and cross purposes that click and fizz to the end, guarantees two hours of continuous laughter. Beautifully crafted, wonderfully funny and charmingly English.  A delicious two-course meal in the restaurant before the show.

Andrew Lloyd Webber’s highly anticipated Cinderella is  a complete reinvention of the classic fairy tale and is based on an original idea by Emerald Fennell, the Emmy Award nominated lead scriptwriter. Andrew said: "I have long wanted to write my own version of Cinderella but could never find a take on the classic story that really grabbed me. Emerald Fennell has written something truly exciting and original, and the moment I read her outline I knew I'd found my latest collaborator. I'm very pleased to be working with David Zippel, a hugely witty lyricist, once again.

Includes 2 course Lunch, Ray Cooney is the Master of Farce, the King of Comedy, and here he again delivers an utterly hilarious play that will have you rolling in the aisles and all the way home. If you are a Cabinet Minister in the Government it is not easy to arrange an afternoon of nookie in a London hotel with a young lady. The problem is not so much that the Minister and the young lady are both married (not to each other obviously!) but that the young lady is the personal secretary to the Leader of the Opposition. Richard Wiley (the Cabinet Minister) makes the mistake of enlisting the assistance of his own secretary, George Pigden – a charming Bumbler who gets everything mixed up. Before the end of the evening George’s intervention has resulted in Richard’s wife and the young lady’s husband turning up at the hotel. Add to this a wily waiter, a pompous hotel manager and a puritanical Member of Parliament who crusades against pornography and you have all the ingredients of a Cooney comedy which soon escalates into delicious farce.

Leaving Stanway at 8.30am, Earls Colne 8.45am, Halstead 9am & Braintree 9.20am.
