Featuring approximately 200 items, many on display for the first time, this is the largest and most comprehensive exhibition of the late Queen’s fashion ever mounted. Alongside clothing, jewelry, hats, shoes and accessories, explore never-before-seen design sketches, fabric samples and handwritten correspondence that reveal the behind-the-scenes process of dressing the most famous woman in the world and shed new light on the late Queen’s close involvement in the creation of her wardrobe. The self-guided tour is booked for 11.30am & lasts around 90 minutes.

You will see carriages and cars used by the Royal Family and marvel at the spectacular Gold State Coach used at King Charles III's Coronation and Queen Elizabeth II's Platinum Jubilee. A visit to the Royal Mews provides an enriching experience, blending history, tradition, and the splendor of the British monarchy. The self-guided tour is booked for 3pm and lasts around 60 minutes.

We will head to the Olde Windmill for an early lunch before travelling on to Thursford.

Served with roast potatoes, swede and carrot mash, savoury stuffing, chipolata sausage, Yorkshire pudding, Gravy, and selection of vegetables of the day. Served with cranberry sauce.

Steak and Ale Pie

Succulent beef with onions in a rich ale gravy, cooked in a crisp pastry case. Served with seasonal vegetables of the day & roasted potatoes.

Grilled Salmon

A succulent piece of salmon fillet, grilled and served with vegetables of the day, buttered baby potatoes & roasted tomato & basil sauce.

Slow-Cooked Chicken Chasseur

A succulent piece of chicken breast cooked with a rich chasseur sauce made with sauteed mushrooms, onions, bacon pieces, tarragon in a rich tomato & wine sauce. Served with mashed potatoes & vegetables.

Winter Vegetable Bake

A mix of roasted winter vegetables in a rich gravy, topped with sliced potatoes and melting cheese. Served with a selection of vegetables.

Brambley apples cooked with rich caramel, topped with a crunchy crumble topping. Served with crème anglaise custard.

Join Clara and wonder as English National Ballet brings Nutcracker to life with over 100 dancers and musicians.It’s Christmas Eve in Edwardian London. Clara and her mother are shopping at Drosselmeyer’s Sweets & Delights Emporium where she meets an enchanted Nutcracker doll. They take home liquorice all-sorts, nougat, marzipan and of course, sugarplums, to delight their party guests. As music and laughter fill the house, Clara has a magical sugar plum vision, sparking an adventure in which she bravely defends her home from the Rat King before discovering a dazzling ice realm and its Queen.

Step out of the ordinary and follow Clara as she travels to the Land of Sweets & Delights where the Sugar Plum Fairy has arranged a grand celebration in her honour.

Make magical memories from the orchestra warming up, to the final bows and applause.
